What is TravelCase?

TravelCase is a web portal for business travel agencies. It manages the travel requests of their clients and the e-mail communication about these requests. Included is a smart engine to compose e-mails, that combines:

• The GDS information that is transferred to TravelCase
• A 'TravelCase template' that determines the layout of the e-mail
• 'TravelCase scenarios', to include information conditionally

• About the number of requests per customer
• About the request-to-book ratio
• If the agreed service levels are met
